Duration: 2.5 hours (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

Create your own bespoke Christmas card and gift wrap linocut design.

 

Over the course of 2 hours you will design, carve and print an A6 sized lino block design to delight your friends and loved ones (and yourself!). The carved block can then be printed ad infinitum year after year. All equipment included

Josie is a maker and designer who also runs the brilliant Artisan Lab in the parade. 

​

Josie has been passionate about creating since childhood, sketching daily from the age of 4 and loving all things artistic. Originally trained in languages and with 15 years of experience as a retail designer in Italy, she returned to the UK in 2018 to focus on her true passion — illustration and printmaking.

 

Her work celebrates quirkiness, whimsy, and beauty, aiming to bring joy and smiles to those who experience it. Josie’s vibrant blue shop showcases handmade cards, prints, jewelry, ceramics, and unique gifts, including collaborations with local artists in Shrewsbury.​

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll receive confirmation by email if you’ve secured a place. If the session is full, we’ll let you know and add you to the waiting list in case a spot becomes available.

Please note: The workshop space is located upstairs and is only accessible via a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no step-free or disabled access available.
